Late Pic-up Rule Modification (only for the pre-school program, pick - up time 1:00 pm).
We are not trying to be harsh with this policy, so we are implementing for each family to have a 60 minutes grace period monthly. This means that at the end of each month your minutes on "Late pick-ups" will be added up, and we will deduct 60 full minutes from that total. The remainder of minutes will corespond to a charge of $1.00 for every 1 minute late. This rule was aplied on Monday, October 8th 2007.
It is important to know that in the Raleighs location the law requires us to close at 1 pm., after we have had your child for 4 hours. Thank you for understanding us.
At the Cary location, those minutes will be automatically monitored by the new check-in, pick-up software.
